Online Library Card Form for New External Patrons

The Allison Library is pleased to offer an online library card form for new external patrons. Under normal circumstances, patrons from UBC, VST, St. Mark's, Carey, and TWU have been required to come into the library in-person to sign up for a library card. This online form will allow new patrons from these schools to sign up for a card. Once the form is completed, Allison Library staff will then create an account for new users and send them a link to set up a password. Once external patrons are able to log into their account, they may place holds on books and then pick them up at the designated curbside pickup times (see here for curbside pickup service).
